Press Release

PFLUGERVILLE, Texas, Sept. 22, 2021 – Pfuture, a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing the Pflugerville community’s protection from COVID-19, today announced its partnership with Amazon. Amazon will supply Pfuture with personal protection equipment and medical supplies.
Pfuture wants to help the community protect each other and overcome COVID-19. The organization provides PPE and medical supplies to families that struggles to access these supplies.
“It’s important to keep the community safe and healthy from COVID-19,” said Kerry Le, founder and CEO of Pfuture. “We are also here to support the community by providing shelter for those who are in need.”
In 2020, Texas had more than 1.8 million COVID-19 cases and more than 20,000 deaths. Since the decline of safety regulations in 2021, cases and deaths are on the rise once again.
“Many people can’t have the vaccine due to their own illness, so the only thing that is protecting them from COVID-19 is masks and sanitation,” Le said. “I hope the community continues to wear masks and sanitize themselves to protect their surroundings.”
Pfuture’s vision focuses on a better, safer and healthy community. To volunteer or for more information about Pfuture, visit www.pfuture.com.
